As everyone knows that Media technology is the future. According to the research, 90% of humans have the age of 5 to 17 use computers and approximately 59% of them are online. So the current situation need media technology to builds bridges between social distancing. So, Pakistan is launching its first Media Technology University in Islamabad.

Pakistan’s First Media Technology University

Today, Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry made an announcement.

In Islamabad, At the National Media Workshop organized by Islamabad’s National Defense University. He said “Today, we can’t win wars with weapons, but with digital media. We live in an era of public opinion where it is very important to present our point of view to the world”

“Pakistan has rendered seventy thousand lives in the war on terrorism but has not written anything about it yet.”

According to Fawad Chaudhary, this new media technology university promote the development of media technology in Pakistan. Moreover, the university will be provided the best opportunities to its students.

The minister said that the new university will provide education and skills to students in an array of fields such as animation, visual effects, filmmaking, and cinematography. “Over 1,500 internships will be given to media persons in the country,” he announced.

Similarly Last week, the government has launched a project to digitalize the Pakistan state media organizations. These organizations include the Associated Press of Pakistan, Pakistan Radio, Pakistan Television and the Digital Media Wing. Due to the new project, PTV News will go to the High Definition.

University Inauguration

Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch the university on 14th August Ceremony. Also, Fawad Chaudhary talked with the CEO of Huawei Pakistan Saif Chi, to join in on the venture for the university’s future development.
