Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed that in the next coming year, Polio will be completely different from past years.

In a tweet on Thursday (today), PM Imran said he thanked Bill Gates for the help his Foundation provided for polio eradication in Pakistan.

The Prime Minister said this time last year, we had fifty-six reported cases and this year, only one case has so far been reported.

Imran Khan said he also said to Bill Gates if he could set up a Microsoft incubation lab in Pakistan.

PM Imran khan said to Bill Gate that our mission is to male Pakistan Polio-free. This campaign was launched in Pakistan from 7 June to 11 June. In this month 33 million children have been vaccinated against polio.

While progress is encouraging, keeping up pressure will be the key to ending transmission for good.
